On the single stages I don't think it makes much difference. There just simply isn't much to go wrong on them. A Lee would be a good bet on a budget.
I use a RCBS Rock Chucker single stage. I have been using it for years with no problems.

You will still need dies, scale, and a powder dispenser, and if you get the ram primer add on it is an easy add-on that will allow you to prime the cases with the Ram.

i bought a lee turent press over 25 years ago and it's still working i've loaded thousands of rounds with it only thing i've had to do to the press is replace the auto indexing peice [small nylon gear] every now and then. i keep wanting to replace it with a dillon progresive machine but can't justify the cost since the lee still works and i have dies in 38 357 41 mag 44mag 45 acp and 30-30 all mounted in there own turrent just getting ready to get it out of garage atic and and start reloading again a buddy and i are going to try out cowboy action shooting this spring
