I like the forming you've done on the hard holsters. Just figured you had a decent workshop to do the forming.

I am cramped for space and need to tear down and set up the tools I have to do projects. That along with the lack of spare time I've had lately has led to getting next to none of the I want to work on done.

Okay. No shop actually. 200 degrees in the oven until the kydex is soft like American cheese. Leather work gloves, and formed by hand. Adjustments done with a heat gun. Pretty low key.

    Excellent job.

    How long in the oven?
Gotta try this when the wife is not around.

    Thanks!
Yes, use your Wife's cookie sheet and oven when she is out! I am using .080 thickness kydex and as far as heat time, just check it every 5 minutes until is is like a slice of American cheese. Once partially formed, spot heat and adjust with a heat gun.
