Cool SnagMag - Concealed Magazine Holster

    Concealed Magazine Holster | Snagmag

One of my buddies recently told me about the SnagMag concealed magazine holster... It appears to be a folding knife in your pocket, but is actually a concealed magazine... He uses one for his Glock 42, but it would be useful for any of the small singlestack Glocks...

Thought it might be interesting to some of you guys...

I would think the mag sitting vertically in your pants pocket would be uncomfortable especially when sitting.

Probably about the same as a pocket knife from an inability to flex standpoint.

These are the only mag holders i use for carry. They are horizontal and you hardly know they are there. I usually carry one at 1 o'clock and an additional at 7 o'clock if i feel the need. I am right handed so they are orientated for left-hand "draw." I've even used them for USPSA for a barney mag or spare mag. I really dig them.

Cool... Looks like they snap over your belt?

yup. good retention both on the belt and the mag, quick access. I could probably stand to lose a few pounds (or 30) and these are very comfortable, even with my 24pk abs.

I do like the SnagMag concept though, specially for G43 or SIG P238/P938 mags. Going to have to take a look at them.

I bought one of those SnagMags for my G43, only carried it today while the wife and I were out on the motorcycle. Very comfortable, held the mag well, hardley knew it was there. A double stack mag might be a bit thick and not quite as comfortable. Little pricier than I'd like but solid product. Will probably get couple for my SIG P938 and P238. Might even pick one up for a G26 or G17 mag to try out so I know whether to recommend therm in my classes. Not sure they'd replace my horizontal Mag holders though unless I wanted to be really concealed.
