If you carry Mexican, you can try a Zack holster sold through Suarez International. It covers the trigger, but allows quick access to the gun. It is OK as long as you aren't in a car.
Im sorry but GS Ripped that very intuitive idea from Raven concealment. They developed and sold the Raven Concealment Systems Vangaurd before anyone.
The brains behind the work should be rewarded not the people that ripped it off.
not an attack on you, and a good suggestion for mexican carry, just think the brains should get the credit.
I never knew that. Thanks for setting the record straight.

This chanbering when the point of need arises is just plain questionable in my little world. And the noise thing will scare them is laughable. Reminds me of in the movies when the guy has been guarding the bad guy and now wants him to move off somewhere and the guy racks the slide on his gun ........ shouldn't that thing have been loaded the whole time?

Found this on another forum. Only going to post it here because it is a lesson learned. From the looks of things I would say the hard way. Graphic don't watch with kids present. Watch the guy trying to rack a round he makes numerous attempts with no luck in the heat of things.

Condition Four: Chamber empty, no magazine, hammer down.
Condition Three: Chamber empty, full magazine in place, hammer down.
Condition Two: A round chambered, full magazine in place, hammer down.
Condition One: A round chambered, full magazine in place, hammer cocked, safety on.
Condition Zero: A round chambered, full magazine in place, hammer cocked, safety off.
Technically speaking, if you are carrying with a round chambered, are yhou in condition 0, 1, or 2 with a Glock? Is there a difference between 0 and 2 with a Glock? Does the DAO design make condition 2 the same as condition 0?
While I'm not "carrying" at the moment (working on it). From what I've read and the couple of conversations I've had I believe that my carry weapon would have a round in the chamber. I am confident that in a situation where I'd have to draw the weapon I would be able to keep my finger off the trigger unless I'm firing it.
just getting into carrying, so this something I am now thinking about.
not sure yet
I never have carried with a round chambered, but I think today I will start!
