I've used my MIC with all my Glocks!!! not going back to any other holster that is for sure! 2 years and the retention is as it was the first day I got it! MIC Holsters are great! Fast! Cheap!
I ordered one last week it was mailed today cant wait to use it I live here in florida so it will make carrying that much easier when the temps hit plus 90 here.
Cool! I think you will like it! Just practice, practice and practice...till it is second nature.
I have one and I got one for my son for a Christmas present. They are certainly unique and one size fits all (almost). They do take some practice and you need a strong 'yank' once you clear the pants edge to pop the mic off. it is a little startling at first. You also must wear it with a belt cause there's nothing else firm enough to pull against (OK, OK - that statement is not meant to be a joke).
I live in Florida and its the only way to carry. In shorts a medium tshirt (only goes a bit below my belt) and flip flops I have no printing, no peekaboos and no problems!
I recently tested drawing one handed in case I ever have to and boy, flip up your shirt and grab the gun easy as that.
I had a small one (whatever they call it, advance cut or tactical cut) and it broke about 5 months of use (I believe Bc of the small amount of kydex used the snapping becomes less escapable.)
So I ordered two more! I was on vacation in PA and dont ever want to be without a holster! I use my full size mic holder now though, and if that ever goes I still have two small ones as back up. I liked the small ones more at first but have come to like the bigger one more now.
I've she'd the hassle of positioning a holster in my pants, adjusting cant, routing my belt.. All the things that make you leave your gun at home if you're just heading out "for just a minute"
Now it's loop through the belt, snap it in and tuck it! 5-10 secs tops!
5 thumbs up for the MIC in hot weather and whenever!
