Use it on my SVI with good results, make sure you get the one suited to the weather in your area, the thick one in winter takes a while to thin out and perform as intended.

Excellent stuff. I use the slide glide lite all the time on everything, unless I need to have lube run down into an area.

Most of you by now know my position on this. It's a grease. Nothing more, nothing less. I'm not trying to knock Brian for bringing it to market. More power to him. Or anyone else who manufacturers a, "Gun Lube". After all, this is America. But my opinion of all of these "Gun Greases" and "Gun Oils", is they are nothing more than industrial and automotive type lubricants, that have been rebranded and repackaged in very small quantities, with outrageous price increases. I have never seen anything that meets the criteria of a "Gun Lubricant", that doesn't fall into literally dozens of other lubrication categories as well.

For example, Frog Lube is nothing but repackaged biodegradable roller coaster track lube. It's simply repackaged into a small package, some mint scent added, and sold at a ridiculously marked up price. It's no different than all of these other specialty, "Gun Greases" that come in tiny tubes, or in plastic hypodermic applicators with gold foil labels, with prices jacked up into the stratosphere. You can go into any automotive chain store and choose between dozens of greases or oils, and pay pennies on the dollar for a product that will lubricate your weapons just as well, if not better.

The "Gun Lube" market is extremely lucrative. All one has to do is check how many are out there. All promising the same thing. And with a new one coming out almost every week. Or so it seems. When someone can prove to me with actual data, that automotive and industrial greases do not perform as well, I might be more convinced of their benefit. I've been looking for that information for years now, and still have not found it. Until I do I see absolutely no reason to purchase them over other lubricants that cost less than 1/100th as much if you divide the amount you're getting, into the price you're paying.

I don't need my AR-15 "Assault Rifle" any more than Rosa Parks needed to sit in the front of the bus.

I must be behind the curve. I still use Hoppes #9 and CLP.
