Glock 32 10 rd mag follower restrict 40 cal to 9rd

I recently used a Glock 23 (40cal) barrel in my Glock 32 (357sig). While the 10 round mags feed the 40 cal rounds just fine (I understand the 40 cal followers also work with 357sig ammo), but 357 sig followers will only allow 9 rounds. I also noticed the 357 sig 10 rd mags don't always hold the top 4 or 5 rounds centered (leaving me to have to widen the 357sig feed ramp) and I don't know if it's the follower or not. Anyway I have some 40cal followers on order. Hopefully they will not only give me 10 rounds of 40cal, but maybe they'll center the 357sig rounds better.. Anyone here ever deal with these issues?

The feed lip dimensions for the 40 and 357 mags are the same. It's the followers that are different. While 40's will fit and function fine in a 357 mag the opposite sometimes is not true do to the offset shape of the 357 follower. For range use not a big deal but for EDC I would only use the correct follower for your ammo.
