I do not currently own a Glock Pistol. I'm hoping to buy a G19 in the not too distant future , and having old guy eyesight I will be adding some of those Big Dot type sights.

Scherer Grip extensions for my G30 mags.

I like Talon Grips. A butt plug seems to be OK. Ext. mag release and slide stop OK. In reality none of this stuff is necessary, just a little bit of "making it mine".

I have added an extended mag release, extended slide release, tungsten guide rod, 24 lb. spring and a-grip to my G23. It made a world of difference.

Night sights pretty much do it for me. I have a G19 that I have added a bunch of stuff to but for the most part just night sights.

Talon Grips on my 23 and 27, butt plugs on both, and Pearce +1 extensions for my 27

I keep mine stock. The most I think I would do is Talon Grips and Night sights. But stock it good for me now.

Only have extended mag release, the rest is stock on my 23 and the 17 is completely stock.

All stock aside from Talon Grips. I would like some Crimson Trace laser sights though. Maybe some extended controls soon too. I've always heard that keeping the internals stock is better for the Glocks, so that's the theory I'm rolling with. Although I did shoot a Glock 19 about 15-16 years ago with a titanium guide rod, it shot really nice, felt like a BB gun comapred to a 19 with the stock guide rod.
