The other day i was trying out the trigger on my (unloaded) G19, the trigger did not reset every time. So thinking it might be 1 of the 2 parts I put in (connector, guide rod) i took them out. It is now back to stock.
what is your thot on this matter?? The G19 is a Gen 4. After putting it back to stock,it seems to work fine.

Trying to think of a reason an aftermarket guide rod might not be letting it reset, my initial thought would be the connector. Name brand? Try with just the guide rod and see what you get. I've never saw a need to replace the guide rod, but then again, I'm also not a Glock armorer.

I don't see how the guide rod would be an issue with trigger reset unless the slide wasn't going all the way into battery.
What generation is the pistol? I found a gen4 in a store the other day that wouldn't reset.
