I can't find it again but I know it's in there. I saw 155 gr. for 169.00 but i swear I wrote it down right, 180 gr. for 129.00.

I've been using WWB 9mm (@ 24.97 for a box of 100 rounds) at the range until Walmart started carry 100 round boxes of Federal for $19.97. I could reload it cheaper, but I can't find it retail or on line any cheaper than that. When I shoot 40s&w at the range I use WWB as well (@ $33.95 per 100 rounds). They just got in some Federal 40s&w but the associate didn't ahve a price for it yet. if it's cheaper than the WWB I'll switch. I carry either Federal Hydra-Shok or Winchester Supreme Elite in my Glock 27. (I shoot the 9mm at the range using a Lone Wolf conversion barrel & 9mm mags to save money).

Soldiers are dying for our freedom. The least we can do is vote.
I'm a big fan of BVAC. I usually order in bulk from CTD. It's reliable and well priced, in both 9mm and .40.
AmmoSeek.com[/url] is a great search engine for all ammo, it finds the cheapest ammo and has hundreds of places to choose from, plus it`s a place to find tuff to find ammo.

For self-defense, I also carry Hornady 165grain jhp Critical Defense, Hornady TAP 180gr and or FEderal HST 135gr. I recommend you practice with at least 200 rounds of which ever ammo you feel more comfortable carrying as self-defense ammo. That should give you a good feel of the gun recoil and it allows you to see if the gun likes the type of ammo being fed.
Winchester White Box is great plinking ammo, so is Federal American Eagle.
Ranger JHP are what most LE Departments carry, or...
any Hornady Critical Defense or TAP is a great carry load.
I use Winchester white box .40 cal. for the range. For SD, I load Hornady Critical Defense. Every once in a while Ill bring the SD ammo to the range just to make sure there are no issues. My new G23 eats them both up with no problem. I also have some Ranger T JHP in the safe as well. Again, no issues but it is a dirtier ammo so more of a back up round.
In my Gen4 Glock22 I mostly use WWB 180 grain FMJ purchased form Wally World for target practice ($18.94 per box). For self defense it stays loaded with 180 grain Federal HST JHP. I like to practice with the same weight ammo that is used for self defense.
I am with cashinin. I use AmmoSeek exclusively to buy on line. Great site. Check it out.
Be safe and always plan for that gun in the back of your head when walking out of the store. Be safe. Be prepared.
