I have been wearing both the holster and clip holder for 14 + hours and have to say I have been looking for the right holster and clip holder for over 30 years and found it here with my Theis holster and clip holder. I have been borrowing a friends just like this one until I got my own, but I had mine customized to a zero canter, so I can adjust the canter with the adjustable clips just the way I want it. I put talc powder on the back and rubbed it into the leather to minimize squeaking, then I ran, walked, bent over in multiple directions, laid in multiple positions, sat in multiple positions (including my car, couch and multiple chairs) and even turned it upside down and shook it with NO squeaking and the gun did NOT fall out. I am impressed with the OUTSTANDING durability, quality, customer service, price and LIFE TIME warranty. The owner Tommy Theis is a man that I wish we could clone to all the places I do business with, he is simply put TOP NOTCH.
P.S. This is not a paid Advertisement I am just a Satisfied Customer.

Nice holster. Congrats!
Dadgummit David, I wasn't even gonna consider an IWB... might have to now.![]()
I really appreciate how Tommy can do little custom tweaks like your cant request. I have one for my 19 and am waiting for my 17. Looking forward to it. I noticed you have the metal clips-- how do you like em? I have Kydex clips on mine.
I do like the metal clips and have had them on all my holsters and they served me well. Knowing that I have not tried the kydex clips what is your input on them?
Like them. Works just fine-- my theory is that since its a little softer the clips won't scratch my belt. Still squeaks a little though. A little saddle soap and it's all good.
Kydex/Plastic "can" break. Metal can bend and possibly break if it bends enough. Both have great qualities. The key with belt hooks and really any of your gear is to maintain it and give it a check every so often to make sure everything is functioning properly. Keep in mind, regardless of whether you use Kydex or metal, if you don't check the screws that hold them to your holster in a regular basis, and one or more of them falls out, it won't matter which material you are using. Trust me, but don't asks me how I know.![]()

+1 with The Law. Don't ask how I know either.
Be safe and always plan for that gun in the back of your head when walking out of the store. Be safe. Be prepared.
