    Range Report. My new Glock 30


    I'm impressed!!! Put 150 rounds thru it and it's the best natural pointing weapon I've shot lately if not ever. At seven yards, I can watch the hole pop at exactly where I want. I can easily cloverleaf 7 out of 10, sometimes more if I'm doing my part. Muzzle jump was less than I expected for a compact and trigger is perfect. I'm used to shooting a lot of double action revolver so the trigger pull was almost too light until I got the feel of it, but I'm adjusting. Had a big smile when I left the range, I couldn't be happier.

    Glock 30 is great! I love mine. I had the grip checkered/reduced to fit my somewhat small hands better.

    I think thats what got me. I expected it to be a lot sharper on the recoil but for a compact, it's completely manageable. Can wait to load up on the ammo Friday and get to the range again this weekend.

    I'm glad to read this feedback! I am seriously considering the G30 as my next purchase. I am also looking at the G36 only because it is easier to conceal. But I've heard that it has a harder recoil than the G30. Anyone have experience shooting both?

    I had a G36 and the recoil is not that bad at all.But with the G36 you are giving up alot of rounds.The G30 is really not that hard to conceal with the right holster and belt.
