Stormlake vs Lonewolf barrels? Quality, craftsmanship, service, support? Looking to get a 6" barrel for Glock 21 SF
Can't speak for the Stormlake, but I bought a LWD barrel to shoot lead hand loads and I have been very impressed. It shoots just as accurate with lead and my OEM barrel does with fmj hand loads. I have no complaints.

I originally bought 500 rounds of lead bullets while I accumilated a supply of components for casting my own. I have cast them but haven't loaded them yet. They mic and weigh the same as factory rounds so they should be fine. The only thing I haven't checked is hardness, but I quench hardened them so I have confidence they will perform well.

Nice thread hi-jack.
I, too, would like a little feedback here. I am planning to get a 9mm barrel for my G23 for plinking at the range. Heard both brands are decent enough and notice the stormlake will be just a little cheaper than the lone wolf, but both are pretty inexpensive. So any guidance would be helpful.

I'm completely satisfied with my Lonewolf barrels in my 26 and 27.
Can't comment on the Stormlake Barrel but the Lonewolf 40-9 conversion barrel has been flawless in my G23. I purchased the barrel and 5 KCI G17 mags about a year and a half ago. I've fired around 1300 rounds and I too have no complaints. I'm sure you would do well with either one.
