Hi, everyone I am new as of today to this site. And have owned a glock g26 gen4 for only a few months. I purchased it new and have misplaced the owners manual. I don't have a lot of experience with handguns and was wondering if any of you could tell me if my brand new g26 gen 4 is +P rated for ammunition. Are all glocks rated +P? for that matter are all new handguns rated for the +P ammo?
Thank you for your help and hope to get to know some of you on this forum with the same interests as me.

Your Glock will handle +P ammo. I can't say all modern handgun will handle it but Glocks will.
Don't retreat! Reload!!!
Tactworld is correct, as usual. The "All" is way too broad when discussing high pressure ammo. So, stick with Glocks and shoot whatever you like! Glocks are very robust.

+p will be just fine, even +p+, spring replacement may come faster than normal, depends on how much you shoot.

Welcome to the forum. I'm sure you can also find your manual online as well.

My understanding is the +p pressure is 23,000 pressure as opposed to 21,000 in non plus p ammo I have been told by multiple armors that they can handle it just fine. I hope this helps.
Responding to your comment about the manual, here is a link to instructions for maintenance of the Glock:

I am unable to find the current owner's manual online at Glock. If you call them I am pretty sure that they will mail you a copy. The phone number is 770-432-1202, ask for customer service.
Other than some stern advice to use only factory loaded ammunition, I found nothing in the manual that would suggest you ought not use +P ammunition, other than the warning to use only ammunition for which the pistol is chambered.

I would venture to say that glocks can handle plus P ammo. Most police departments carry and qualify with such loaded ammo.
