I bought a G23 for carry, thought it was a small gun until I tried to conceal it! I'll be carrying IWB around the 4 o'clock position. With a forward canted holster the gun conceals well enough under relaxed clothing, and sitting down isn't uncomfortable at all. I also plan to buy a PPK or something similar that I can slide in my pocket for the lazy days.

Belt, holster and style of clothing are as important as how big or small your firearm is. Wear darker colored clothes as they help conceal better than lighter clothes. You're not going to be able to wear skin tight shirts if you want to conceal. I conceal very well with a tshirt but I have to leave it un-tucked.

Quality holster will bring the firearm in closer to the body and keep it there. A quality belt will help distribute the weight and make it comfortable to carry all day long. Don't spend $500.00 or more on your handgun and then expect a $30.00 holster to work well for you.

I carry inside the waist band (IWB) Theis Holster with a full size Glock 21sf 45ACP and able to hide it well in all seasons as long as I untuck my fitted shirts, I am a little bigger guy I am 6 feet tall and 225 pounds, I find it easier to conceal now at 225 pounds then years ago when I was 170 pounds.
