sorry it took me so long to answer your question about the pawerball rounds they are grate for public encounters becaues most of the time they will not have an exit wound du to the extremly fast expantion and fragmentation, so you wont hit anybody behind them. they are a fast round as well. the plastic ball that fills the cavity will inhance feeding as well. the only down sides I can think of is they are a very light bullet so they dont have as much energy. and they wont be as accurate at a distance. but that wont matter becaues most of the time a handgun is only used within 15 feet or less. overall: good choice I think. personaly I prefer federal HST JHP, Winchester PDX1,or Remington Ranger. they are my top three.
