My 21st Birday, my 1st GLOCK!!!

Hello, My name is Edgar I'm from Texas. Just had my 21st birthday yesterday and I picked my self up a G26 4 Gen. I been shooting for a little over a year and fell in love whit the glock. I tried different guns khar, S&W and Beretta but did not like the feel of them as much as the glock. I'm not a noob and I do know how to use the search bar.

I got the G26 because I found it be the most practical of the glocks for concealed carry. I will be getting my CHL license in the near future. I will appreciate any suggestion and comments.

Thank you, so far I'm happy but I have yet to shoot it. Just have to get use to the weight of the trigger compared to the 3rd Gen.

Congrats on the new Glock I myself prefer a G23 but the 26 is a great CCW. Good luck on getting all the carry stuff taken care of.

I recommend a fighting pistol course if you intend to carry concealed, many handgun owners just buy a weapon and start packing without getting any professional training. A good course with a good reputation run by ex-military/law enforcement would be ideal, should run between $300-$500 for 2 full days of training to include live firing, drawing, holstering, clearing malfunctions.
