    Wisconsin CCW permit holder foils robbery wont be charged.


    Wisconsin just passed it CCW law and one gentleman foiled a robbery by shooting a shotgun clad robber.

    He was brave, and lucky. He shot 6 or 7 times and he missed? The thug had a shot gun, he's lucky the thug didn't turn on him.
