    Get some of these targets and have a friend/shooting buddy call out a number, shape or color to you for you to shoot!

    I did the same with a friend at the range, call out a number and see who gets the best shot on the number and best time using a timed meter. It for sure increases reaction time.

    That is a good target to use for quick reaction shooting. I have used 6 and 8" paper plates with numbers written on them with students in the past also.
