    Glock 19 FTE

Good morning been a while since I’ve been here , I built a few p80’s gen 3’s and I’m having a issue with a failure to extract the spent casing . It goes into battery and I pull the trigger and it went into battery but didn’t extract the casing . Now when I manually pull back the slide it will eject the casing. . The extractor is a 336 . I ordered the gen 4 one 30274 To see if that would help. I also tried different mags including a factory one and I’m also using federal and steel casing . Same thing. I’m well oiled as well. Any info will help . Thank you.

I've found a few lite taps on the front rail/locking block and you may even want to sand/polish tops of the front rails, I've built a few Poly 80s myself I've always used a OEM complete slide. Polishing the inside of the barrel chamber and manually cycling the slide (while empty) can't hurt either.
I've always had issues with the first 50-100 rnds on a new build.
OH and when I said polish I meant with mothers mag paste or the like and a dremmel with a soft polishing tip or Q-Tips.

Hey there. Is it a failure to eject or failure to extract?
    You mentioned both.

Hello all, I'm here to engage in polite and respectful conversation. Just left a very nasty forum where they like to TALK about GLOCK.

Been thinking about building a Poly80 Glock 19 myself. I watch YouTube vids showing it is a piece of cake and then I come into various gun forums and see many problems people have with them. I actually had one in a cart this morning when I come across this thread....lol...here we go again.
