I'm new here and new to Glock and I just bought my neighbors Glock 21 .45. I think it might be a gen 2. Doesn't have any rails or anything. Anyway got a couple questions. Are the sights replaceable? When I take it apart and look under the front sight there is no screw or anything to remove the sight. The rear sight is the same. Looks like it's part of the slide. 2nd question I seen some kind of laser that mounts on the rear sight? Is that a thing and if so anyone know where I could get one? Thank you. Hopefully this is in the right spot.

The rear sight is a dovetail mount which slides in/out via the side cuts and the front sight is a "pinned on" which can be reused with careful disassembly, but most all replacements are going to be a "screw" mount type.

I do not understand the question about the laser part.

I've seen red dots mounted in the dove tail rear sight but not lasers.

Just from the brief description, I’d say you have an early Gen-2 21.

The front sight is an old Glock staked sight. You can use a small pin punch and push the center pin out and remove the sight or as most people do, just grab them with pliers and twist until the sight breaks off.

Current Glock and aftermarket sights use a screw for the front sight and they will fit the hole in the slide.

The rear sights, like Ot said, press out and new sights press back in.

When purchasing replacement sights, be sure to get ones intended for the large frame Glocks - you’ll want them to specify your 21.

There is a mount for a red dot sight that replaces the rear sight.
