    The box shows fixed sight, so someone "operated" on your G20 before it came into your possession. Also, every time I see your very first picture, it makes me think of a protective cell phone case . And, yes, I know that none of this actually helps any with your situation, but it's all I got.

    There is/was a sight company that made a sight with two posts like that. Somebody welded the original sight hole and drilled those two holes.

    The rear sight is not a Glock sight - looks kinda like a Glock Weekend sight but much better made. It’s likely a set with the front. I wonder if that’s a logo on the left hand side of the top?

    I’m not an expert on Glock labels, 58sniper is probably about as close as they come if he drifts by. But, to me, the label doesn’t look like what the gun would have initially shipped with. I think I t looks more like the labels Glock used after refurbishing or doing the 6part update. Decent chance that Glock had their hands on this gun after it was initially sold.

    Thank you for the help, I guess the only thing I can do is wait to hear back from Glock and hopefully they have a solution, I post whatever happens back in here.
