The G43x shone on us.Glock.com doesn't have the accessory rail except for the MOS model. But that's just a slide change. Was it sold as new?

    “43X Rail” https://eu.glock.com/en/products/pistols/g43x-rail

I didn’t know there was such a thing but it apparently released a few months ago.

I don’t know, it is sold to me as an ‘import’ but to me it looks like the stamps are all wrong and it might be fake

Can an expert look at the markings on top
the barrel, is it possible that for any reason someone just added more marks?

If you go to the EU Glock site https://eu.glock.com/en/technology/slimline-rail
and look at the pic above the nDLC description you can make out the top of the barrel chamber and see the same proof marks are present.

While I think the barrel is OK, what’s up with what looks like a grind mark down the side of the slide?

Call Glock US 770-432-1202 and ask them about the serial number. If it’s legit they will be able to confirm the model and import date.

I assume the serial number plate on the frame matches the slide/barrel.

That is what I was wondering as well.

Also what is the tag on the left hand side ?

    From Wiki :

Glock 43X: The 43X is similar to the 43 except it has a longer and thicker grip for an increased magazine capacity of 10 rounds.

Glock 43X magazines do not fit into the Glock 43, or vice versa.

The 43X also features front slide serrations, a built-in extended beaver tail, a reversible magazine catch (similar to Gen 5 models), GMB rifling (again similar to Gen 5 models), and a two-tone finish (silver slide/black receiver).

In the E.U. the 43X comes with a rail.
