My consulting company has been researching what is the BEST all in one holster on the planet, and I think we may have found the holster. Please watch this video and look at the web site and let me know what you think. Thanks for your input in advance.

I avoid anything that will leave a muzzle pointing at my little friend if you know who I mean

Please let me know what you have found, and by the way he has a separate video showing him sitting and sitting like you are driving and show both positions being comfortable. He has a federal agency using them as well. The study is intended to find a all in one holster. Lastly the 12 o'clock position is canted toward the side of the leg and not the family jewels. In closing thanks for everyones input.

To begin with, you have listed this as the "BEST All in One" holster. There is no such thing. If we are looking for a holster that will meet the majority of needs for the majority of users, a Deep Concealment holster is not going to be in the running. A deep concealment holster meets a very specific need (deep concealment) and gives up a lots of features in other areas, such as ease/quickness of access and ability to easily get a proper firing grip on the firearm. Re-holstering can also be an issue. .

The comment about the firearm being angled away from the genital area simply means that the firearm is pointed more towards the femoral artery in the leg. An area that will, if shot, just make you bleed out much more quickly. Having tried and REALLY wanting to like appendix carry (in a very different style holster) I can tell you that anyone with even the slightest belly roll is going to find it difficult to wear there for any extended amount of time. If you notice, the guy in the video is in pretty good shape. I'm not lard butt but I can't carry in the appendix area for more than a few hours before it starts to become uncomfortable. Speed of access to the firearm is quite a bit quicker from appendix carry and the motion to draw seems more natural to me but until I can get back my 6 pack, it's not a method I'm going to be able to utilize on an everyday basis.

Another negative to this holster is the amount of material, wrapped around your waist on a hot summer day. Anyone who has worn leather IWB will surely agree that it can get hot in the summer months. Now imagine 3 or 4 times more material inside your pants/shorts centered around your lower abdomen area....

Continuing, as we discuss the "Best All in One holster", this may work well, in a deep concealment scenario for a small semi-auto or small J frame revolver but how many here are going to be wanting to carry a G21 like this? When researching holsters, one has to take into consideration the type/size of firearm that will be carried.

So there are a few of my personal thoughts on this topic/holster. They are valued at exactly what you paid for them which is nothing so take them for what they are worth.

Thanks for everyone's input it is greatly appreciated. If you saw the video the holster can be worn in deep concealment, Inside the waist band and mid higher carry position so which ever position you like it fits that person and there liking, also he did a demonstration on the trigger, it cannot be pulled while in the holster, and lastly my understanding is it can be worn on your left or right hip as well in all three of those positions as well. In close it can be used if you right or left handed and want to carry your holster in deep concealment, normal Inside the waist band, and high mid higher position wither that be on your right hip, left hip or any position. My thoughts are if someone just wanted one holster that this could fit there needs. Lastly the owner told me that it is being used by one of the federal agencies and asked if I could keep that under wraps for now without mentioning the name, so I respected his wishes. Once again thanks for everyone's input and happy shooting.

This may be good for some, but it wouldn't be my first choice. First while watching the video and seeing how the guy is wearing here are my thoughts: #1 I have to pull my belt on as tight as I can in the first place to keep my moon from coming out and showing itself to the world. ( I really need to consider plumbing as a career its that bad.) So that makes me wonder how in the world could I wear this holster and be able to draw from the holster? #2 I have to agree with theLaw in that, this really wouldn't be my first choice will my "beer" belly, its not that big but I gotta little bit of a gut and I doubt it would be comfortable. #3 This may be different with this holster, and will definitely depend on the piece inside the holster, but how can this be comfortable? How can you bend down or sit?

With those three reasons, If I saw this holster sitting on a shelf at a local gun store I probably wouldn't consider picking one up to try. That's what goes through my mind watching the video and thinking about this holster

So what if one wants to wear that holster OWB? They can't. What if one wants to adapt it to use a paddle for quick on and off access? They can't. With many kydex holsters, they can be switched from IWB, OWB to Paddle/Quick Connect Loops with a simple change of belt attachment and a screwdriver. What if someone wants to use one attachment system but be able to use the holster for multiple types of firearms? They can't. With some other manufacturers, they can simply change out the holster body (Comp-Tac) to accommodate this requirement.

I'm not sure what your background and experience level with holsters is but as I stated earlier, this specific holster that you seem to be pushing holds very few basic features that I would consider as "good" in a holster, and almost nothing that I would consider to be GREAT or the BEST! This isn't a personal attack but since we all like to share information here and we have a lot of members that are new to firearms, we need to make sure, as a group, that we are putting out valid information. If I read your post correctly, it doesn't even appear that you have actually used this holster yourself. I may be incorrect in that statement but that's how I read it. With that said, I also noticed that you posted this holster and a link in another thread where the OP had asked specifically that people only post holsters they had personally tried. We all like to hear about new products around here but we also have to keep in mind that we have paying advertisers on this site as well and should respect their contributions.

My external reproductive organs are much too large to fit anything like this into their vicinity.

Having said that, to me it does look like a good idea if it's what you need. It may be the answer a lot of folks are looking for. My woman might be interested even.

Usually when something is a "one size fits all" item it is lacking or has less desirable features for some users. To label an item the "best" is also subject to the opinion of it's users which does not signify that it is indeed "the best" for everyone, just the content users.

FWIW, I do not see this as the best for me, although this does not discount it from being that description for another user.

With that said, adjectives are at best a good thing to use when describing an item, at worst terribly deceptive when used to construe a thought that is not necessarily so.

As always JMO !

Here is the followup. You can use the holster left hip, right hip, front carry, and small of back so most of the carry positions which is appealing, also you can carry this holster in the low,mid or high Carry position, but if you are used to leather style holsters it maybe a hard transition because it is a different feel that way, also the way it is drawn is a bit of a transition as well, so in closing when I said this maybe the BEST I was really gearing to say it can be a great multi position holster for someone who needs better concealment depending on where they go during the day because the transition is so easy. My final review is this, could be a great thought for someone during the summer with a tee shirt going into a sensitive area because it conceals in multi heights so fast.

I would like to see a few different body types try to draw from the various positions of concealment.

First, doesn't look like you'd be drawing very quickly if it's deep in the genitals.

Second, doesn't look comfortable if you have a 23 laying on top of Mr. Jimmy while sitting down.

Third, how much larger are that guys pants than his waist? Looks like he has an extra 5 inches of pant line in order to move that thing around.

And Hi, first post.

I'm setting here in my recliner rocker thinking how my gun would feel in front. I lost 25 lbs so I could use an iwb on my right hip. I still have a bit of over hang in the front and for me, it's not something I could use. Even if I was as trim as the guy in the video I still don't think it's all that.

Ship me one free and I'll let my Leo trim son in law give you an opinion ;^)

I'm wondering if it might me okay for summertime wear when I'm in shorts without a belt. I don't think I'd want it all the time but walking around in light shorts all day, It may fill a niche area. Just my $0.02

Not for me thanks! Pistol jammed in an area that looks to be uncomfortable, and the amount of belt and holster - looks like I would be wearing a girdle! I have been carrying concealed since 2008 and get along great with a simple OWB holster under a loose outer garment at the 3 o'clock position. This apparatus just looks wrong in so many ways. Good Luck and Cheers.

It hasn't been removed but it doesn't break any of the forum rules and isn't causing any problems on the forum. The OP stated what he thought was the BEST overall holster he has found and several people discussed politely why they would disagree so that readers of the forum would be able to see both sides of the discussion and make an informed decision on their own. We don't arbitrarily delete post on this forum.

Do I agree that this is the Best (or even a good) holster, no. I've stated as much and given reasons why I disagree but this is no different that the millions of gun posts around the web that talk about the BEST firearm, the SD BEST ammo, the BEST caliber, the BEST <enter personal choice product here>

I have been carrying CCW for many years and have a variety of holsters, each of which fills a special need. For example, during the summer with an untucked T Shirt and jeans, the VersaCarry, when wearing a covering garment in cooler weather the summer special and if I am going to be wearing a heavy jacket all day as in riding my motorcycle then the Galco Jackass Special shoulder holster. Also, I have other holsters to fill the void in between those. IMHO thee is no ONE holster for CCW.
