Consider your grip, look around here, there are target charts to point to possible grip flaws that cause low left hits. There are charts for left and right hand shooters.
Not new to A Glock
Just looking for info on the Flipdot reflex sight for my Glock 17 Gen 3 9x19
Looking for a little added help.
Keep taking out my targets left side and groin. Just thought that this reflex red dot might show me possibly what I’m doing wrong. How I’m holding from eye fight yo the target. Thinking maybe the eye sight is problem. Looked at the SKU8377. Right one. Easy to take off and on I hope
Thanks
Brenda

A less expensive check would be dry firing. Watch for the front sight moving when the trigger breaks. Sounds like your jerking the trigger hard enough to move the pistol off target when the shot breaks.

Welcome! I agree with Ot and Oh (double ought?). Shooting low left is common for new Glock shooters. It’s a trigger control issue but grip solves a lot of the problem.
Here’s a free online training https://nextleveltraining.com/produc...g-grip-course/
He uses a dry fire training gun called a SIRT. You don’t have to invest in something like that but dry fire training is a worthy time investment. The reflex sight won’t help this process.

Welcome to the forum. I agree the others; a reflex sight won't help trigger control issues. Dry fire practice and live practice with the stock gun is invaluable. Proper grip and steady trigger compression are king.
