    I ended 2020 by receiving the first dose of Moderna. We are a very long ways from the vaccine having an impact on the virus so no one let your guard down - in light of the new variants it actually needs to go up even higher.

    Hopefully late 2021 we will finally have some reprieve from it.

    True Mt and the news stories are saying those that have had appear to be resistant to getting the new strain.

    At least for now.

    But it's not hard to mask up, wash your hands and face after being out in public, avoid crowds and crowded indoor spaces. This is not something you can hide from but the reasonable precautions to protect yourself and others are not the burden many claim them to be. imo
