We are the same this week in michigan. If you think your hot walking around in it in shorts and a t-shirt the you should work with me for a day in this heat. Im a heavy equipment/machinery welder( a lot of hydraulic press fabrication) an average of 30,000 lbs per weldment and some even reach almost 60,000lbs. we work in a wearhouse, I have to wear jeans, steel toe boots, t-shirt, welding jacket, leather gloves, resperaror, saftyglasses, welding helmet and then carry my welding lead and air chipper up the ladder and weld with 3/32 dual shield ( very hot stuff) wire that we run at 30v. On top of that we are running a stress releaving furnis in the shop that is about 2 1/2 cars long and 15feet high. It runs for 24 hours reaching between 1100 & 1500°f .
The company name is " John Crowly" located in jackson michigan. They started in 1908 and have been going strong. the website is a little outdated but you will get the idea.
